a.) The 4 major parts of the atmosphere are separated because they are protecting the earth from solar  

      radiation .

b.) In the srtatosphere  air temperature increases with attitude Ozone layer absorbs ultre violet radiation.

c.) Planes cant fly in the mesosphere because it is about 50 kilometers to 80-90 kilometers above the     earths surface and 99.9% of the mass of the atmosphere lies below this layer.

d.) the termosphere depends on the solar activity and solar radiation.
